Successfully raised funds for the HOA allowing for continued maintaence of common areas

Managed the grass cutting for all common areas.

Maintained the flower beds at the front of the Subdivision, including - weeding, mulching, watering, spring and fall clean-ups and replacing plants as necessary. Thinned out of the Black Eyed Susans on both sides and offered to any of the homeowners to take home which was well received.

Cut back growth that comes through the fences backing onto Midlothian Road where possible.

Monitored landscaper's work (Chico's) who is opertaing on a 5 years agreement.

Submitted the annual company report and tax forms to the IRS and State.

Had the 2023 accounts reviewed successfully.

Implemented a monthly food truck program at no cost to the AHOA
