Successfully raised funds for the HOA allowing for continued maintaence of common areas

Managed the grass cutting for all common areas.

Maintained the flower beds at the front of the Subdivision, including - weeding, mulching, watering, spring and fall clean-ups and replacing plants as necessary. Planted chrysanthemums in the fall.

Cut back growth that comes through the fences backing onto Midlothian Road where possible.

Monitored landscaper's work (Chico's) who is opertaing on a 5 years agreement.

Submitted the annual company report and tax forms to the IRS and State.

2024 accounts were audited successfully.

Sent out various communications to ask and remind all 240 homeowners to pay annual AHOA contributions

Continued monthly food truck program at no cost to the AHOA

Monument repairs completed in 2024 are holding up well
