The amount of grass that requires weekly care can be deceiving. The HOA is responsible for the care of parkway grass extending along Midlothian road as well as the grass on the north side of Salceda Drive. This includes weed control and weekly grass cutting. In addition, the landscaping company is responsible for maintaining the flower beds in front of the entry monuments including periodic mulching and weeding of the beds and trimming shrubs as needed.

 

The AHOA completed a bidding process in March of 2023 and elected to retain the services of Chico's Landscaping.
